TOP STORY
Forward Club moved in to second round in the Rakhal Memorial Shield Knock-out football tournament today. In the first match at Dashrath Dev Stadium, Badharghat, Forward Club beat Nine Bullets Club by 2-0 goals. Joseph Mar and Johnson Darlong scored both the goals for winning team.
Earlier, veteran footballer Bimalendu Gupta was opened this tournament. Prisident of Tripura Football Association MLA Pabitra Kar and Secretary of Tripura Sports Council Kamal Saha were present in this function. Nine teams were participated in this tourney.

Gymnastic :
State Level Gymnastics Championship starts here at Netajee Subhash Regional Coaching Center (NSRCC) today. Altogether 95 gymnast of 23 teams including Tripura Sports School SAI SAG, Umakanta NSTC Center, BSF and Vivekanda Vyamagar were attending in this tournament. Veteran gymnasts Nityananda Dey was opened this tourney. Secretary of Tripura Sports Council Kamal Saha was present in this function.
