Sourav Dubey struck a brilliant ton of unbeaten 153 runs to put Tripura in a sizeable total against visitor Assam in the four-day C. K. Naidu Trophy Cricket match for under-22 boys here today. Put in to bat first at the Polytechnic ground, Tripura scored 268 for 8 at stumps on day one. Sourav scored 153 (294 balls, 360 minutes, 23X4. 1X6) and his partner Rana Datta made 34. P. Sonowal took three wickets for Assam.

Host Assam bundled out 195 runs agaist Tripura in the three-day Vijoy Merchant Trophy crickt match for under-16 boys at Hailakandi, Assam today. Elected to bat first, Manish Gogoi scored 39, Sunjow Barhma 36 and Wasiqur Rahaman made 35. For Tripura, Sourav Das and Sourav Roy took two wickets each.
